Caitlin Hochul is an accomplished operations and communications professional with more than seven years of experience working with both government and private sector clientele. Her expertise includes developing and implementing effective streamlined policies, building dynamic teams, creating website content and organizing outreach campaigns.

At Concepts, Caitlin serves as the director of communications and client relations and is responsible for managing business operations and public engagement, assisting in proposal development and performing solution-oriented services for clients.  In addition, Caitlin provides communications and outreach support on a number of contracts sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), including ePolicyWorks, the Employer Assistance and Resource Network on Disability Inclusion (EARN), the State Exchange on Employment and Disability (SEED) and the Registered Apprenticeship Video program.

Prior to joining Concepts, Caitlin helped manage human resources, recruiting and operations efforts at a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business based in Northern Virginia. Her private sector experience also includes time spent as a proposal manager with The Buffalo Group, where she focused on defense contracting.

Caitlin began her career in political affairs, starting as a congressional intern for U.S. Representative Brian Higgins. She then took on a formative role as a team leader for a gubernatorial campaign, representing Fredericksburg, Va. and surrounding areas.

Caitlin graduated with a bachelor of arts in international affairs from the University of Mary Washington, where she was involved in the debate team and various social cause related organizations. She also received a certificate from Beijing Language and Culture University for her studies in the Chinese language.
