Prior to joining Concepts, Carolyn worked at Edelman, supporting agencies under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and clients in the technology sector. In this capacity, she developed media coverage reports, wrote press releases, news bulletins and media advisories and helped coordinate event logistics. Carolyn also previously worked for FleishmanHillard, where she published a weekly newsletter for the Marine Corps Public Affairs Office, assisted with media and client relations and supported the 2011 National Book Festival.
